Our beef is sold on a hanging weight basis.  A ½ beef will range between $2400-$2800 and a whole beef will range from $5000-$6000 (these prices include standard processing).  A ½ beef will yield 200+ pounds and a whole beef will yield 400+ pounds meat.  We will deliver your steer to the processor, Local Cuts, located in Zephyr, Texas and you will be responsible for picking up your meat from them.
